Rocky Mountain: Stoney Bleu (oz)

A creamy yet firm version of a classic staple. Stony Bleu earns its name as it is born and aged at over a mile high in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains. This cheese is fantastic on its own, or when melted over the perfect steak. Please note that this is not your grandmother’s bleu, as it bears much of its age with an added nutty overtone and firm nature.
